Yerba mate, scientifically known as Ilex paraguariensis, thrives in the border region of Uruguay, Brazil, and Argentina. The shape of the logo mirrors the traditional mate gourd and bombilla, while the sun at the center, the Sol de Mayo, symbolizes the Inca Sun God Apu Inti, reflecting its importance in Uruguayan and Argentine heritage. The vibrant yellow and blue colors evoke the Brazilian flag, and the font is inspired by La Boca, a historic neighborhood in Buenos Aires known for its Italian immigrant community.
